JW Houston
JW Houston is always a great place to stay, right in the middle of downtown Houston. If its your first time there, or you are a frequent visitor, there are several reasons why I would pick JW.

Location
First, lets talk about the location. Houston is not a huge city, and JW is right there in the middle. Outside the front door is the Central Station for the above-ground train.
Not only that, but underground, JW Houston has access the to vast underground metro-plex, where you can walk from building to building, all below the streets and out of the heat.
Bar and Restaurant
When I arrived at 10:30PM on a weekday, the 806 Lounge/Main Kitchen restaurant was busy with many people around. I also had the luxury of an outstanding breakfast there the next day. Pro-Tip, check the great wine bottles they have in stock!
Executive Lounge
If you are a JW frequent visit, you know ALL the properties have an executive lounge. All you Marriott Titanium Elites will know what I am talking about. However, this lounge was really outstanding. Super spacious, amazing Breakfast, room to work, and nice board room you can arrange for meetings. Definitely one of the larger ones I have seen.
Spa Gym
Nice Gym and pool for those needing to exercise while traveling. If you want to stay healthy this is a must… But even better was the signature JW Spa. Unwind from work, and book a spa service, and you relax self can thank me later Really exceptional.
